    PRIVACY POLICY

    1. Introduction

At Medra, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data when you use our service.

    2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when creating your account, using the service or contacting us, including your name, email address, payment information (processed by Stripe), and service usage data.

    3. How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, respond to your requests, send service-related communications, and process billing.

    4. Information sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Your data is not transferred to artificial intelligence subcontractors. We may share information with technical service providers necessary to operate the service, such as hosting and payment providers, or when required by law.

    5. Information security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data against loss, theft and unauthorized access. As no online service is completely infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@medra.site.

    7. Changes to this policy

Any material change will be published on our website and, where appropriate, communicated by email.

    8. Google Drive Data — Limited Use

Medra uses the Google Drive API solely to allow users to import files they select from their own Google Drive into their Medra workspace through the “From Google Drive” button.

Information received from Google APIs, including Google Drive files selected by the user, is used only to provide and improve the Medra features requested by that user. It is not sold, shared, or transferred to third parties.

This information is never used for targeted advertising, retargeting, or to create advertising, consumer, or credit profiles.

No human reads files imported from Google Drive unless: (a) the user has given explicit consent for specific files to be read; (b) access is required for security purposes, including investigating abuse; or (c) access is required to comply with applicable law.

Transfer of this information to another application is permitted only when necessary to provide or improve the user-requested feature, when the user has given explicit consent, or when necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law.

Medra's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
